DEPOSITS- All tattoo appointments require a deposit. No appointments are set and no drawings are started without a deposit.

• GENERAL APPOINTMENTS- A tattoo that will be completed in one sitting, most likely no more than 4 hours or so. It requires a $100 deposit. Adjustments will be made to the deposit if tattoo is quoted under $100.
• FULL DAY APPOINTMENT- Full days require a $300 deposit and tend to consist of 6+ hours of actual tattoo time.
• PROJECTS- Multiple-Sittings like sleeves and backpieces. A minimum of 3 appointments must be made, each with a $100 deposit (full day $300). Each session has a $500 minimum.

CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSIT TRANSFERS- All cancelations must be rescheduled within 7 days. If the cancellation criteria are not met, a new deposit will be required.

• GENERAL APPOINTMENTS- A minimum of 48 hours notice is needed to transfer the deposit to a new appointment date.
• FULL DAY APPOINTMENTS- A minimum of 7 days notice is needed to transfer the full deposit, and a minimum of 48 hours notice is needed to transfer $100 of the deposit.
• PROJECTS- Cancellations for project work follow the rules of general and full day appointments, whichever may apply.

The preferred method of deposit payment is credit card, and you can leave this by phone by calling (215) 332-4803. If a deposit cannot be made by credit card, it can be sent by money order made out to “Tim Pangburn” and sent to:

With this money order you must include any and all reference material you may have, including before pictures if a cover up is needed. Include your name and number, and we will contact you to finalize the appointment when the deposit is received. Deposits in full are applied to the final cost of your tattoo. And remember: Tipping makes it hurt less!
